About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall leadership to AIP, steering it through its next phase of growth as a trusted and inspirational peer platform for philanthropists. S/he will be responsible for further building and deepening AIPs network of engaged givers, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring that the organisation continues to remain philanthropist-first and agnostic in its approach.

What you'll do

• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is a hands-on leader, passionate about philanthropy and strategic giving, and interested in solving complex social problems
• Proven track record of successful senior leadership in an organization with high professional standards
• Collaborative and active listener, leads with empathy and values teamwork and resourcefulness
• Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and with organisations working with a similar mandate
• Be based out of Delhi, with domestic and international travel as required
