About the role
Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs in a company. Manager partners with business leaders to support the talent acquisition process and proactively work on multiple requirements along with maintaining excellent working relationships with business delivery managers, HR Managers, candidates & employees.
What you'll do
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
- Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels like Job Portals, Referral Programs, Campus Hiring and LinkedIn etc
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
