About the role
Identified Candidate will act as a Cloud HCM technical SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Oracle HCM Suite (Global HR, Recruiting, Perf/Goals, Comp, Talent).
What you'll do
- Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process
- Should be able to interact with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation/ support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Responsible for resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests
