About the role
The Senior Associate - Operations will be responsible for managing and strengthening the operational functions of the InSight Program. The role involves overseeing inventory and stock management, coordinating logistics and vendor operations, supporting field teams, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring smooth execution of program activities across assigned geographies.
What you'll do
- A. Inventory & Stock Management
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations, including stock planning, procurement coordination, allocation, dispatch and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock audits and physical verification
- Monitor stock availability across different field locations and ensure timely replenishment
- Track stock movement, consumption, returns, damaged goods and discrepancies
