About the role
In this role, you will support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial applications. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop technical and functional expertise while working closely with finance, IT, and global business stakeholders to enhance financial processes and system capabilities.
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day systems support and assist end-users with troubleshooting issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial applications
- Support the administration and maintenance of financial systems to ensure operational stability and data integrity
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to document requirements, assist in system configurations, and support testing activities
- Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and integration of Oracle ERP modules, primarily focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules such as Accounts Payables
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to meet business reporting needs
