About the role
Under general supervision, the role frequently communicates with clients and focuses on onboarding new client accounts, delivering reports to clients, and working with business partners to service client needs throughout the client lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with teams across the enterprise to deliver an outstanding client experience.
What you'll do
- Manages inbound/outbound client communication (emails and phone calls) via the client relationship management system
- Works with internal business partners to gather and personalize documents for client onboarding
- Helps with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings and attend meetings as needed
- Generates a large volume of custom quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers
- Provides quality control for client reports and requests to ensure accuracy and completeness
