About the role
The Senior Trust Operations Analyst contributes to the implementation and maintenance of operational controls for trust activities. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes knowledge and understanding of trust laws and regulations with a focus on transactional reviews, account and asset reconciliations, record keeping and tax and portfolio accounting functions.
What you'll do
- Evaluates fund performance data and resolves administrative problems
- Researches analytics data and follows up with other functional departments to answer ad-hoc retirement client queries on a wide variety of investment, operational
- Oversees the implementation of support strategies to best serve existing clients
- Audits weekly, monthly and quarterly valuation reports delivered to clients
- Authorizes that all individual trades and accounts have been reviewed and verified
