Deliver high-quality audit support by consistently achieving production, accuracy, and QC effectiveness targets. Ensure compliance with quality standards, identify process gaps, and support team performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing
What you'll do
- Production & Quality Excellence Consistently meet daily production targets within SLA timelines while maintaining 100% accuracy, high QC effectiveness
- Quality Assurance & Process Compliance Conduct quality checks and peer reviews, identify and escalate process deviations
- Team Support & Continuous Improvement Provide on-ground query resolution and knowledge sharing, maintain full process versatility
