What you'll do
- As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with the retail division to drive HR initiatives and support the overall business strategy
- Liaison with the business to gather the manpower requirements based on the new capability requirements and growth strategy
- Present the previous manpower related data viz. attrition, cost of lost talent, budgeted positions for the previous year
- Provide the requisite support in presenting the overall manpower requirements to the MD and CEOs to finalise the manpower requirements
- Identify employees who have been stagnant in a role and encourage for career movements in discussion with the manager
