About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Architect or Industrial Designer to join our Retail Space Design team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design thinking with technical expertise, material innovation, and a deep understanding of retail environments.
What you'll do
- Research retail operations, customer behaviour, market trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for retail space evolution
- Understand business objectives and convert insights into clear design briefs and innovation opportunities
- Design and develop retail furniture, fixtures (FF&E), display systems, and spatial elements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Explore and evaluate new materials, manufacturing techniques, and sustainable solutions for retail environments
- Develop concepts, prototypes, and detailed designs from ideation through implementation
