About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delegate Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring qualified delegates for our events, conferences, and seminars. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential attendees.
What you'll do
- Research and identify potential delegates through various channels including online databases, social media platforms, industry associations, and networking events
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new delegates and meet or exceed sales targets. Contact potential delegates via phone, email
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance and loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service to delegates by addressing inquiries, providing event information, and assisting with registration processes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract delegates. Keep accurate records of sales activities
