About the role
We are seeking an energetic individual to work full-time in our Client Facing Infrastructure team as an IT System Engineer. The position requires someone with 3+ years of IT system engineer experience. They will be responsible for implementing, administering and monitoring the high availability production server and application environments of a global SaaS provider.
What you'll do
- Define, design, implement, test and modify computer systems containing software as the main component
- Responding to support requests on a daily basis mainly access request, user creation etc
- Monitor/Respond to all Nagios/Zabbix critical alerts and be proactive to avoid repeated alerts
- Develop, maintain and document installation and configuration procedures
- Willing to periodically be on-call during off hours
