About the role
Solutions Engineers collaborate with internal teams crafting and implementing enterprise-level solutions for TransPerfect´s international portfolio of clients using the GlobalLink suite of products. They act as the clients main technical point of contact, working closely with Solutions Architects and Developers on the technical aspects of implementation.
What you'll do
- Work in conjunction with the Solutions Architects team to gather and analyze configuration requirements from clients
- Draft project plans containing the implementation details and timelines, including risk analysis
- Ensure the deadlines for implementation are met
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and point of technical escalation for both internal teams and external clients
- Assist the support team with any client configuration issues
