What you'll do
- Lead architectural decisions for features and systems; translate business requirements into clear, well-scoped technical solutions
- Conduct thorough, constructive code reviews; enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the codebase
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release quality to increase engineering velocity
- Identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents; serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for the team
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels; identify strengths and growth areas, and create opportunities for career advancement
