In the L&D Operations team, Analysts play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless training operations that empower our teams and drive organizational excellence. Your contributions will directly impact employee development and operational efficiency. Major Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

What you'll do

• Liaise with vendors for training-related requirements, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring service quality
• Draft and distribute trainee communications, including emails and notifications, to ensure clarity and engagement
• Address trainee queries promptly, providing accurate information and support throughout the training lifecycle
• Generate and maintain training reports, tracking attendance, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement
• Support consequence management processes by documenting and escalating issues as required
