About the role
As a part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for owning functional analysis and conceptual solution design for complex, cross‑functional data initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in functional analysis, with demonstrated strengths in information architecture and/or Data architecture.
What you'll do
- Business & Functional Analysis
- Act as the primary functional analyst on complex, cross-functional data initiatives
- Lead requirements elicitation and facilitation through workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business objectives, constraints, and pain points into clear, structured, and testable functional and data requirements (e.g., BRDs, functional designs, epics
- Frame ambiguous problems, perform root cause analysis, and ensure the “right problem” is being solved
