About the role
The Senior Learning Consultant is responsible for the assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation of ongoing learning and development programs across all teams in support of TriNet's operational excellence. This role will support Talent Management (TM) with new hire, cyclical, functional and soft skills training curriculums.
What you'll do
- Responsible for fostering close relationships with Leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure program and project success
- Develop curriculum from concept to fruition while meeting business unit objectives and deadlines
- Provide comprehensive project analysis and retrospective feedback regarding best practices, overcoming obstacles and proposal of solutions
- Develop and design teaching aids, such as training workbooks, participant guides, infographics, videos, and e-learning tutorials and reference materials
- Identify training/process improvement opportunities and/or training gaps and provide recommendations
