About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support our Sales team in driving agent engagement, managing sales operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and travel partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.
What you'll do
- Support the Sales Team and Travel Partners with B2B portal onboarding and activation
- Collect, verify, and follow up on mandatory onboarding documents
- Maintain and update agency master data in Excel
- Handle agent-related requests and queries
- Coordinate with Portal, Technology, Accounts, and other internal teams as required
