About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Execution to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, construction execution, quality, safety, manpower, subcontractor coordination, and timely project completion as per approved drawings, specifications, and budgets.
What you'll do
- Manage complete site execution of Commercial & Residential construction projects from RCC to finishing and handover
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Design, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, and QA/QC teams
- Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with consultants
