About the role
We are looking for an experienced Store Head / Manager to oversee store operations at our real estate construction sites. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring proper material handling, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth construction workflows.
What you'll do
- Manage site/store inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials
- Maintain accurate stock registers, GRNs, MRNs, and issue slips
- Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic reconciliation and physical verification
- Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly consumption reports
