About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Interior to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while effectively coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, procurement plans, and execution strategies
- Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality objectives
- Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
