About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Planning to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities across large-scale construction projects. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks and delays, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery through effective planning and control mechanisms.
What you'll do
- Develop detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and work breakdown structures (WBS) using Primavera P6/MS Project
- Establish project planning methodologies, milestones, resource plans, and project control systems
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays, risks, and critical path activities
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management and clients
- Conduct schedule impact analysis and recommend recovery plans to mitigate project delays
