What you'll do
- Conduct market demand assessments and economic feasibility studies for urban development and infrastructure projects
- Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and financing mechanisms for urban infrastructure initiatives
- Develop business cases and financial models for cities, development authorities, housing boards, and infrastructure agencies
- Support preparation of master plans, mobility plans, and urban development strategies through market and economic analysis
- Identify potential funding sources, market borrowing options, and public-private partnership (PPP) opportunities
