Technical Program Manager II

About the role

You’ll join a team building workforce management products that help organizations manage time, labor, and employee schedules. You’ll work with colleagues across product, engineering, quality, and operations to coordinate complex programs and deliver useful, reliable solutions for customers. You’ll coordinate cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery.

What you'll do

• Helping people get paid, grow in their careers, and shape the future of their industries
• Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and delivery measures with product and engineering partners
• Identify delivery risks and issues early, work with owners on response plans, and escalate when a decision or additional support is needed
• Lead program reviews and write concise updates that explain progress, changes, risks, and next steps
• Use delivery data and team feedback to identify gaps, improve planning, and strengthen execution practices
