About the role

What you'll do
- Build, maintain, and support ServiceNow service maps
- Manage CMDB data quality, CI relationships, reconciliation exceptions, and remediation activities
- Validate service dependencies with service owners, application owners, and technical SMEs
- Support Discovery operations, investigate mapping and discovery issues, and maintain relationship accuracy
- Perform service map reviews, certification, and periodic validation activities
