Establish relationships early on with key client and OEM Partner/Supplier contacts. Document persona-specific standard hardware and/or kits. Document decision matrix for redistributing refurbished assets. Validate catalogue in client ITSM matches OEM Partner/Supplier catalogue, identify and resolve discrepancies.
What you'll do
- Establish relationships early on with key client and OEM Partner/Supplier contacts
- Support the Change Management process with maintaining service bundle, hardware profile, foundational data
- Take actions to keep stock levels within acceptable range
- Evaluate the latest rolling forecast when it becomes available and create bulk orders manually as required to balance stock levels at lifecycle hubs
- Track status of bulk orders manually
