Sr. Manager Business Operations

About the role

This role partners closely with India MD to work with GDC leadership (Business and Functions HR, Finance, IT) and employees to translate company values into practical behaviors, leadership expectations, employee experiences, and measurable business outcomes. Assess organizational effectiveness through workforce data, leadership and HR input, and business performance indicators.

What you'll do

• Responsible for designing, embedding, and sustaining a high-performance, values-led culture across the enterprise
• Assess organizational effectiveness through workforce data, leadership and HR input, and business performance indicators
• Build data driven business cases to drive improvements in workforce practices and work with business leaders and HR to drive operational and cost efficiencies
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership forums, and reviews to ensure associate and leadership buy-in to convert insights into actions
• Ensure policies, management practices, leadership routines, and employee programs are defined and aligned with culture and company objectives
