About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of clinical technology solutions supporting care management, provider integrations, and regulatory workflows. This role will drive end-to-end engineering delivery, partner closely with clinical stakeholders, and ensure development of scalable, compliant, and high-quality healthcare applications aligned to business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Delivery & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical applications from design to production
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution
- Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Clinical Domain Engagement Collaborate with clinical, provider, and operations stakeholders to understand workflows
