About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle Fusion HCM platform, focusing primarily on Payroll, Core HR, and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) solutions.
What you'll do
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Product, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM system solutions
- Lead functional design, configuration, system integration testing, and production support for Core HR, Payroll modules
- Implement and configure Redwood user experiences and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) applications across the Oracle HCM ecosystem
- Support production operations by performing root-cause analysis, troubleshooting complex Payroll and Core HR issues, and delivering timely resolutions
- Coordinate and execute quarterly Oracle HCM release testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and feature adoption strategies
