About the role
The Senior Digital Product Manager for the UnitedHealthcare App platform is responsible for establishing App platform operating excellence through scalable reporting, Voice of the Customer insights, stakeholder communications, intake management, release governance, and actionable insights.
What you'll do
- Voice of the Customer Reporting and Analysis: Manage recurring reporting from AppFollow, Qualtrics, app-store reviews, and other feedback sources
- Organize qualitative and quantitative feedback into recurring themes, customer needs, experience gaps, and emerging areas of concern
- Customer, App-Store, and Market Insights: Analyze app ratings, reviews, sentiment, feedback trends, and relevant market signals to identify recurring patterns
- Monitor competitor ratings, reviews, keywords, and experience trends
- Develop concise insight packets that explain what customers are reporting, how themes are changing, and where additional product investigation may be needed
