About the role
The Processor Commercial Claims will be a key member of the Commercial department, responsible for end‑to‑end claim administration. You will register claims, coordinate with call centre, insured parties, surveyors and statutory bodies, maintain documentation, update reserves, and provide timely MIS reporting while supporting loss‑minimisation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Responsible for end‑to‑end claim administration
- Register claims, coordinate with call centre, insured parties, surveyors and statutory bodies, maintain documentation, update reserves
- Communicate claim numbers, surveyor details, and required documents to insured parties upon receipt from the Call Centre
- Create and update reserve/default reserve entries at claim registration and during reviews
- Conduct claim reviews: update surveyor information, verify ILA/status reports, adjust reserves, and track communications
