Engage in recruitment of some different line of agents to focus on health and non-motor business, so to focus on segments of LOB and activation of recruited agents as per benchmark Recruiting Agents and providing regular trainings and selling Insurance policies, Hold regular meetings/Interaction with agents, Lead Provider, Incendiaries and maintain records of the same in a planned systematic manner.
