About the role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Category Lead to manage and drive procurement strategy across Operations, Facilities, HR, Sales & Marketing categories. The role will be responsible for developing category strategies, leading strategic sourcing, and negotiations, managing supplier relationships, driving cost optimization, and partnering with business stakeholders across global markets.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities across Operations, Facilities, HR, Sales & Marketing categories
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business requirements and procurement objectives
- Lead strategic sourcing, RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, negotiations and contracting
- Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers
