About the role
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Asset & Wealth Management, managed services delivery, P&L/revenue management, client engagement, and onsite-offshore delivery models, with proven ownership of portfolios exceeding $10M in revenue.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end client engagements across application support, DBA services, and managed services operations
- Own delivery governance, SLA/KPI adherence, financial performance, capacity planning, resource optimization, and risk management
- Lead large onsite/offshore delivery teams across multiple programs and workstreams
- Manage strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders and senior business leaders
- Drive governance reviews, strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and continuous service improvement
