Lead I - Business Analysis ( Asset Management Domain)

About the role

We are seeking high-performing professionals with a strong Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets background to join a strategic transformation and innovation team. The role will focus on identifying and shaping opportunities to transform investment operations through AI, automation, emerging technologies, and operating model innovation.

What you'll do

• Analyse investment management operating models and identify opportunities for transformation, automation, and operational efficiency
• Evaluate business processes across front, middle, and back-office functions and recommend future-state operating models
• Translate business challenges into high-value transformation initiatives and actionable business cases
• Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and support strategic initiatives
• Support innovation programs, proof-of-concepts, and strategic assessments from ideation through implementation
