Lead I - Broker Onboarding

About the role

You will provide subject matter expertise, particularly in the oversight and delivery of complex queries and tasks, and handling ad-hoc requests. We are looking for someone who likes working as part of a team, is comfortable with a fast-paced operations environment and has a strong attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Onboard & set up new execution brokers in Clients’s architecture / systems platforms
• Conduct Financial Crime due diligence checks on all new broker relationships, as well as monitoring existing & ongoing relationships
• Distribute Clients due diligence & Terms of Business to our brokers
• Assist with any process improvement, ensure operating guidelines are met and controls are accurately completed
• Set up and onboard Term Deposit brokers and accounts
