About the role
IT Support Analyst – Job responsibilities Integration Support: Supporting and troubleshooting SAP Ariba, SAP CPI, Oracle OFM middleware, Oracle SQL, and file-based integrations, including incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA). Daily monitoring and operational support of the Data platform, including SAP BODS data replication, AWS data ingestion pipelines, troubleshooting ingestion failures, and validating data availability.
