What you'll do
- Own resolution of P1/P2 production incidents; deliver RCA within 24 hours of resolution
- Perform advanced Facets module diagnostics and execute approved SQL/script fixes within change control framework
- Manage Facets batch failures end-to-end; communicate business impact and recovery status to Stakeholders
- Participate in CAB, provide production risk assessments, and support 30-day post-deployment warranty
- Maintain and enhance the Known Error Database (KEDB); author runbooks for L1 shift-left enablement
