Head of Onboarding & Event Management India ( Investment Banking)
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor and develop team members across multiple locations fostering a culture of collaboration and openness
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the team, ensuring delivery of a high-quality service to clients and stakeholders
- Work with the Head of Onboarding Delivery & Oversight to manage prioritisation of onboarding activities
- Manage the teams capacity, ensuring all activities are allocated, monitored and delivered against agreed timelines and SLA’s
- Identify end-to-end process enhancements for efficiency gains and risk reduction, ensuring all changes are agreed before being implemented
