- Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, release plans, and priorities
- Work closely with Business, Technology, QA, Operations, and Agile teams to drive delivery
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT activities
- Support production issue prioritization and ensure alignment with healthcare processes and regulatory requirements
