About the role
Own end-to-end delivery of a single medium-sized project or 2–3 small projects, from initiation through closure. Work with stakeholders and architects to keep delivery on track.
What you'll do
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, and assess implementation feasibility with solution and technical architects
- Build detailed project plans and identify risks and dependencies early, including RAIDs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
- Track delivery to be on time, in scope, and within budget, with regular updates to leadership and teams
- Contribute to sales proposals, shaping delivery approach, team structure, and cost estimates
- Lead and mentor Project Leads, and drive training and upskilling initiatives
