To set up and operate CNC/NC press brake bending machines for sheet metal components as per approved drawings and production requirements,
What you'll do
- 1.Set up CNC/NC Press Brake machines for different sheet metal components
- 2.Select and install appropriate punches, dies, and tooling according to component requirements
- 4.Read and understand engineering drawings, bending drawings, and work instructions
- 5.Perform first-piece inspection and ensure components meet specified dimensions and tolerances
- 6.Calculate and verify bend allowance, bend deduction, and bending sequence where required
