About the role
Responsible for development & management of performance management program, talent management & cost management Ensures the maintenance records of transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, joining till exit, discipline records, employee performance appraisal records. Employee orientation, induction & motivational training.
What you'll do
- Responsible for development & management of performance management program, talent management & cost management
- Handling Payroll Management & HR related compliances. (EPF, ESIC, Income Tax, PT etc.)
- Handling Incidents/ Accident cases, Discipline cases
- Handling corporate insurance and group insurance policies such as Medi claim (GHI, GPA, CGLI, WC)
- Coordinating for employee verification through third party & other relevant verifications
