Stakeholder engagement to understand the training need and showcase the training effectiveness Execution of Certification Programme , E learning and Assessments
What you'll do
- Ensure smooth operation of Field Training Unit through his/her Training Managers
- Developing the capabilities of the Training Managers
- Developing the potential CMs and BMs for the next level
