About the role
To ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of SMT production lines by carrying out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of SMT machines and associated utilities.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of SMT machines, ensuring minimum production downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, AOI, SPI, conveyors, and PCB handling systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot machine systems involving PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, actuators, and control panels
- Coordinate with production and process teams to resolve recurring machine failures and improve OEE
- Execute root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
