Sr. Engineer Quality - Plant at Varroc Engineering. Monitor and ensure quality compliance across SMT manufacturing processes, including solder paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, AOI and inspection.
What you'll do
- Monitor and ensure quality compliance across SMT manufacturing processes, including solder paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, AOI and inspection
- Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to quality standards and customer-specific requirements
- Monitor and analyze process defects such as solder bridging, tombstoning, insufficient solder, component misalignment, solder voids and open joints
- Drive root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D and CAPA methodologies
- Monitor SMT process parameters and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and rework
