About the role
As an Embedded DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in enabling efficient and reliable development, testing, release, and maintenance of X-Rite's embedded software platforms. You will work closely with software, firmware, QA, and systems engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure, tools, and automation that accelerate product development while ensuring high levels of quality, security, and reliability.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting embedded software development, testing, and release activities
- Build and maintain automated build, packaging, deployment, and release processes for embedded Linux-based products
- Collaborate with software, firmware, QA, and systems engineering teams to streamline development workflows and improve engineering productivity
- Develop scripts, tools, and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve software delivery efficiency
- Support product cybersecurity initiatives by integrating security scanning, vulnerability analysis, and compliance checks into the development lifecycle
