About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Specialist to independently design realistic workload simulations and own performance, scalability, stability, and capacity testing for WebCenter Enterprise, a Java/J2EE web application.
What you'll do
- Design realistic load, stress, spike, endurance, scalability, and capacity simulations based on user behaviour, transaction flows, concurrency, data volumes, pacing
- Develop and maintain reusable JMeter frameworks and scripts for web applications and APIs, including correlation, parameterization, dynamic test data, assertions
- Use LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or other tools where appropriate
- Define workload models, baselines, SLAs, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Analyze response-time distributions and percentiles, throughput, errors, variability, saturation points, and resource trends; distinguish repeatable patterns from noise
