What you'll do
- Understanding the Technical Requirements and creating high level and low-level design diagrams and presentations
- Coordinate with Oracle EBS application and integration teams for resolving incidents and defects
- Coordinate with Oracle technical teams for instance refreshes, patching, debug and service requests
- Understand middleware integrations using Service Now, Oracle ERP, Oracle SOA adapters, SharePoint and provide development support to teams
- Build integrations with interfaces at different level of complexity supporting different business domains
