About the role
The Manager – Project Management Office is responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end program and project delivery across Integrated Business Services and supported functions.
What you'll do
- Program Delivery, Continuous Improvement, and Execution
- Lead projects, transformation initiatives, process improvements, and technology-enabled business initiatives through implementation and benefits realization
- Conduct current-state assessments, process reviews, root cause analysis, and opportunity identification to drive operational efficiency and modernization
- Partner with stakeholders to improve business processes, operating models, and delivery effectiveness across workstreams
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation, workflow digitization, reporting modernization, AI-enabled solutions, and digital adoption
